What is the difference between a coop and condo? What will my closing costs be? What else should I plan for when buying a new home? Here we have answers to these questions and more.

  • Closing Costs
Buyers will receive a "Good Faith Estimate" of closing costs at the time the loan application is submitted to the lender. The estimate is based on the loan officer's past experience and may not include all the closing costs. Your Castle Point Agent will be glad to review the "Good Faith Estimate," answering any questions you may have. Learn more about closing costs.
  • Co-op vs Condo
Although two apartments are similar in size and in the same neighborhood, they can be very different. Learn more about the difference between a co-op and a condo.
